Matthew Lamb
Matthew is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with a breadth of knowledge in commercial and residential property, including valuation, development and agency. Having previously worked at Leeds-based surveyors, Carter Towler and GVA, Matthew is now a Director at Bridgcap and heads up the company’s property division. Matthew is responsible for all property investment decisions, including residential acquisitions and development opportunities, together with overseeing the strategic direction of letting specialists, Whitaker Cadre.
David Lamb
David has had an incredibly varied and successful career spanning over 40 years, holding many positions at CEO level in FTSE 100 organisations and private equity backed businesses. A seasoned, serial entrepreneur, he has an impressive track-record in self-funded business turnaround with a primary focus in technical manufacturing. He’s currently chairman of a group of companies with revenues in excess of £30m operating across specialist, high value, niche markets in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia-Pacific. David is principle chair of the Bridgcap investment firm.
Dave Wilson
Dave is a seasoned corporate finance specialist with over 20 years’ experience. Now running his own advisory firm, he has previously worked at KPMG Corporate Finance, Arup Transaction Advice and McInnes Corporate Finance. His expertise and area of specialism includes strategic advisory, private company and non-core disposals, fund raising, advising management teams and private equity houses on buy-outs, and company acquisitions. Dave has advised on over 100 transactions across a broad range of deal sizes up to £600m. Dave is a non-executive director of Bridgcap.
